- We process your order as soon as it is placed. 
- Delivery times takes 3-7 working days to deliver from placing your order according to your location. 
- During peak times (new product launches or seasonal holidays or offers) delivery may be delayed.
-We cannot make any changes or cancel your order, once it has been shipped out of our warehouse and you have to receive the order.
- Payments will be cash on delivery.

Cash payments will be refunded through instapay or vodafone cash.
-In case you received an item by mistake, we only accept returns or exchanges if merchandise is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
